Nancy H. (Cosenza) White

Nancy H. (Cosenza) White, 82 of Delray Beach Florida, formerly of Leominster, MA passed away on June 15, 2021 after battling a lengthy illness.
Nancy was born March 18, 1939, in Leominster, MA, the daughter of the late John and Anastasia (Kuropatkin) Cosenza. She graduated from Leominster High School in 1957. She was married to her high school sweetheart Doug White for 62 years. She was an outstanding three sport athlete in field hockey, basketball, and softball. She was named female athlete of the year in her senior year. Nancy was inducted into the Leominster High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017. Nancy worked at Union Products in Leominster for 27 years before transitioning to quality control positions for 10 years at both Near East in Leominster and Vitasoy in Ayer, MA. She refereed local high school field hockey, girls basketball and softball games for over 15 years. She retired in 2004 and has spent the last 10 years in Delray Beach, FL. sitting by the pool, going to the beach, and playing golf. Besides spending her retirement days in Florida, she enjoyed vacationing on the island of St. Maarten with her husband.
In addition to her husband Douglas R. White, Nancy is survived by her sons Douglas White, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Pembroke MA; David White and his wife Kim of Boynton Beach FL; three grandchildren, Shawna Tamulen, of Sterling, MA, Jessica Bearce of Plymouth, MA and Ashley Burke, of Braintree MA; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Nancy was predeceased by her son Raymond White, her grandson Tyler White, sister Joan McCumber and brother Jack Cosenza.
