Bonnie Raineri, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026 at the age of 89.

Bonnie was born on July 17, 1937 in Lake Worth, Florida to Doshie and Earl Upthegrove. She was a multigenerational native Floridian from the Upthegrove family on her father side and the Lee family on her mother side. She remained a resident in West Palm Beach until the time of her passing.

Bonnie was a majorette at Lake Worth High School where she graduated in 1955. She married Boyce Parnell Swink, Sr., who passed away after a long illness. Together they shared three children, son Boyce Parnell Swink, Jr., Daughter Cindy Lou Swink Ramirez (Husband Charlie Ramirez), son Bryan Allen Swink (Wife Celia R. Swink), two grandsons (Sons of Boyce, Jr.), — Kevin Boyce Swink and Jared Robert Swink (Wife Courtney Swink) and their son — great grandson, Blane Boyce Swink.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carlo T. Raineri Sr., his 2 Children, daughter Stacy Raineri Garcia, and son Carlo T. Raineri, Jr. (Wife Thao Raineri,) four grandchildren, Jade Garcia, Delfino Garcia, IV (Wife Alyssa Garcia), Matthew Raineri and Victoria (Tori) Coulon. Also she is survived by her sister, Nina Upthegrove Mitzelfeld, as well as her adored pet Abby.

Bonnie was involved in various faith based and pro life organizations, such as advocating and donating to programs that support the training of young Pastors, and The Refuge Ranch women’s rehabilitation center. She traveled to Brazil on two separate missionary occasions. Money was donated for a boat to be built so that the missionaries could travel on the river to spread the gospel. The boat is named Swink. The second trip she made was with various doctors giving aid to the locals along with 42 volunteers that constructed a church. She donated to the South Florida Fairgrounds, in Yesteryear Village, 6 mid-century cottages from her homestead, which were converted into a variety of exhibits. A sewing/quilting exhibit, a jail house, a radio station, The Fish House and a Texaco filling station which was destroyed during a hurricane.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edwin Earl Upthegrove.

Bonnie was loved by family and friends and will forever remain in our hearts.

Bonnie has been a true friend to me for many years and I have treasured her friendship. We have laughed together, cried together and sang songs together. I will truly miss her but I know where she is and I thank Jesus for this assurance. Jeanie Dodge
