Lantana

Deborah C. Poe (Deb/Debbie), a woman of grace, spirit, and unforgettable beauty, passed away after fighting with remarkable strength until the very end. Known for her striking blue eyes and her charismatic love for life, Deborah brought light, laughter, and warmth wherever she went. She was classy, determined, and resilient, always striving, always pushing forward, and always loving with her whole heart.

Deborah is survived by her devoted daughter, Tracey Beckford; her loving sister, Brenda Newman; her cherished grandchildren, Samantha, Zachary, and Eric Beckford; and her adored great-grandbabies, Jhaliyah, Jaedyn, Jream Porter, Wyatt, Sadie Jean, and Gracelyn Beckford. Her family was her greatest joy. More than anything, she longed for everyone to be together, sharing time, love, and the closeness that meant everything to her.

Brilliant and talented, Deborah was the valedictorian of her class. A reflection of her intelligence, drive, and determination. She embraced life fully, dancing whenever she could, turning up her music loud in the house, and finding peace in the sound of the ocean. She loved the sun, the moon, and especially the cotton candy clouds that painted the sky at sunset. She found joy in the beach, in her favorite songs, and in the sense of freedom they brought her. She never missed a good gathering or party and especially enjoyed her daily pool workouts that kept her energized and moving.

Deborah was a beautiful soul inside and out! Smart, strong, and deeply loving. She touched the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever remember her laugh, her fire, her kindness, and her unwavering spirit. She was the keeper of many memories and secrets, offering guidance, support, and wisdom whenever it was needed.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and treasured memories that will live on in all who were blessed to know her.
