Jerzy Bieloszabski

Jerzy (George) Bieloszabski, Beloved husband to Mythili Bieloszabski, father to George and Wanda and grandfather passed into the Lords arms at 2pm on June 14th, 2023.

Born on September 26, 1937 in Wilno Poland to Wlodzimierz and Florentyna Bieloszabski. He had one brother Wodek. Jerzy travelled the world after attaining his Masters in Electronics Engineering from the University of Poznan in 1961. Along his journeys, in addition to Polish , he learned to speak fluent English, Portuguese, and Indonesian. During his travels in Europe while in Oxford, England he met and married Mythili in 1973. In 1976 and 77 they gave birth to George and Wanda respectively in India.

The entire family moved to Zambia Africa for Jerzy’s work in 1980 as an engineer and then eventually emigrated to the United States in 1985 arriving in New York with little more than their personal belongings. After a long career spanning close to 6 decades across multiple sectors he retired at age 80 from the NYPD’s telecommunications group. In 2017 Jerzy and Mythili along with their dog Cookie moved to Boca Raton Florida where he resided till his passing surrounded by family.

Jerzy was a quiet and well read man who loves his family and animals. He worked hard to build a life for his family and was a global citizen who gave back more than he received.
