Sara was predeceased by her grandparents Dixie & Darrell Warner of West Palm Beach and her Uncle Eddie Basford, Greenacres, FL & Aunt Pat O'Nan from West Palm Beach Fl. She is survived by her father Donald E O'Nan, Greenacres, FL & her mother Jennifer & Sister Rebecca O'Nan of Avon Park, FL. Also surviving are her Grandparents Barb & Ken O'Nan (Riviera Beach) Uncle Dennis and his daughter Ashley, Aunt Donna Basford and her sons, Robert & James (wife Jennifer)Aunt D (Deanna) (Husband Glenn) Ciaccio, & Daughters, Deborah Lamb (Greg) their daughter Hayden, Jessicca Oelerich (husband Ron), and Samantha Ciaccio. Great Uncle Jack (wife Carol) O'Nan, Cousins Todd (wife Paula) and Elizabeth Hanley. Lots of family members & friends will remember this special young lady.
