Raymond A. White, 51, of Delray Beach Florida, formerly of Leominster, MA passed away on September 9, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Ray was born May 23, 1966, in Leominster, to Douglas and Nancy (Cosenza) White of Delray Beach, FL. He graduated from Leominster High School in 1984.
Ray was a lifelong employee in the restaurant industry. He was a member of the undefeated 1982 Leominster High School football team that was inducted into the Leominster Hall of Fame in 2017. He loved golf and fishing and was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.
In addition to Douglas and Nancy, Ray is survived by his brother Douglas White, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Plymouth, MA, and his brother David White and his wife Kim of Boynton Beach, FL, his girlfriend Laura DeJong of Lake Worth, FL, nieces Shawna Tamulen of Winchendon, MA, Jessica Bearce of Plymouth, MA, Ashley White of Quincy, MA and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his nephew Tyler White of Leominster, MA.
A memorial service will celebrate his life on Thursday, October 5, at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd., Delray Beach, FL. In Lieu of flowers, a donation in his memory may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
