Richard Perry Cutcher, 76, passed away on January 19, 2019 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Richard Perry Cutcher was born in Port Huron, Michigan to Evelyn and Ivy Cutcher on May 28, 1942. He went to school at Port Huron High School. He attended Oakland Community College and the University of Maryland. He was a Class A General Contractor and owner/operator of RP Cutcher Construction for 40+ years. He was a veteran and served in the Army Airborne 503rd Division stationed in Okinawa. He was a musician, a carpenter, an inventor, a traveler, a writer, and a politically out-spoken proud Republican! He helped build Tinkerbell’s Tower at Disney World (which his family always thought was cool).
Richard Perry Cutcher is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Milton Howard, Harlan Howard and Joe “Whitey” Cutcher, wife Mary Ann Cutcher, son Jimmy Cutcher, daughter Laurie O’Dell Cutcher and faithful canine companion Romeo.
Richard Perry Cutcher is survived by his daughters Kim Cutcher, Diane Cutcher Schoeneck, Laura Lee Cutcher McCarthy, his son David (and wife Janet) Cutcher,
