Shari Lynn Struyf, age 55, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at HCA JFK Hospital, surrounded by her beloved family. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 29th, 1968, to her mother, Sharon Moretti, and her late father, Thomas Vlahovski, Shari's life was marked by love, dedication, and a profound impact on everyone she encountered.

Shari will be reunited with her grandmother, Elizabeth ‘Betty’ LaRiccia, and her uncle, Rich LaRiccia, finding peace and comfort in their company. She was a longtime member of the local Bowling League Thursday 4’s, where she enjoyed relaxing fun nights with her daughter and friends.

Shari built a remarkable career alongside her husband, Leon, at Leo Jacks Automotive. Their journey together began when they met at the tender age of 15, blossoming into a love that led to their marriage in 1989. This year marks 35 years of a marriage filled with devotion, laughter, and cherished memories.

Shari found joy in many aspects of life, but her greatest passion was her family. Her legacy lives on through her husband, Leon; her son, Leon Struyf Jr., and his wife, Aly; and her daughter, Nicole Hader, and her husband, Andrew. Shari cherished her grandchildren, AnnaBelle, Lilah, Adrianna, and Leon III, as well as her adopted son, Randy, and his wife, Aly, and their daughter, Luna who was also Shari's Goddaughter. She is also survived by her mother, Sharon, and her brothers, Thomas Vlahovski, and his wife, Theresa, and Timothy Vlahovski. Shari's nephews and niece, Zac, Michael, and Cherise, will also hold her memory dear.

Shari Lynn Struyf's life was a testament to the power of love and family. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of kindness, warmth, and generosity will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A service to celebrate Shari’s life will be held at The Church on the Hill in Boca Raton at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
