William "Billy" Robert Ruoff

William (Billy) Robert Ruoff passed away in Florida on April 3, 2023 at 76 years old. Born in Rochester, New York and a resident of Florida since 1979, he was predeceased by his father and mother, Bill and Verna, and his former wife Gladys(Philip).
He is survived by his sons William James Ruoff (Silvina), Kevin Donald Ruoff (Margaret), and three grandchildren: Kalista, Tyler and Rocco.
He is also survived by his sisters Jeanne Ruoff, Pat Steehler, Joyce Liguori (Steven), Pam Lederman (Douglas), Verna Ruoff, his brother Donnie Ruoff (Tracy),along with many nieces, nephews and his life long friend Andy Tubiolo (Anne).
He and his former wife Patty Conley were owner/operators of Rumors Bar & Grill in DeBary, Florida where he was revered by all his patrons. He was a pool shark, card shark, and an excellent bowler with his own bowling team at Rumors. He was so loved by all.
